But, the years’ not over yet and there’s still time to get in those last Christmas presents before our cut off date of 10am Friday 18th December.
This is the last date we can confidently ensure that you should get your Christmas presents before Christmas Day.
You can still order after this date, however, we can’t guarantee that you will get your products before Christmas Day.
We will continue processing orders with the last dispatch being on the 22nd December and we will do everything we can to make sure your items arrive in time, however, we would urge ordering before the 18th December to ensure the arrival of goods before Christmas Day.

Our full Christmas opening times are as follows:
24th December – 10am to 4pm
25th December – Closed
26th December – Closed
27th December – Closed
28th December – 10 am to 4 pm
29th December – 10 am to 5.30 pm
30th December – 10 am to 5.30 pm
31st December – 10 am to 5.30 pm
1st January – Closed
2nd January – 10 am to 5.30 pm
Technical Support Opening Times
Please note that our technical support will be closed on the 25th and 26th December, with only limited support available on the 27th December.
Therefore we would strongly advise you check your items as soon as possible so that we have the time to help and assist you before Christmas.
It’s always a good idea (regardless of the time of year) to check your items over, from assembling to charging to starting the vehicle up.
Leaving it until the big day whether that’s Christmas or a birthday, it’s always good to have everything set up and ready to go before the big day arrives.
Not only does that give us a chance to help answer any questions you may have, but it also gives your little one the chance to jump on and ride as soon as they see it!
Ready For Christmas?
We’re still around for a few more days yet! So we’d advise making sure you buy your products before 10am Friday 18th December to ensure you get your items before Christmas Day.
We will be closed a few days over Christmas, namely the 25th, 26th, 27th and 1st January 2021.
Technical support will also be limited over this time. We will be available on the 27th December for any issues you’re having but will be limited.
Therefore, we would strongly recommend testing, assembling and starting up your vehicles now, whilst we’re available to answer any questions you may have.
